Heartwork by Jasmine — Launch Portrait Giveaway: Official Rules 

1. Sponsor. This giveaway is run by Heartwork by Jasmine, Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada.

​2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are the age of majority in their province, territory, or state. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry period. Entries open June 16, 2026 at 7:00 PM ET and close July 12, 2026 at 11:45 PM ET. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. How to enter. Submitting your email address to enter constitutes a free subscription to the Heartwork by Jasmine “Studio Circle” newsletter and counts as (1) entry. Additional entries may be earned through the bonus actions offered, including referring friends via your unique share link, following Heartwork by Jasmine on Instagram, and following Heartwork by Jasmine on Facebook. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize. One (1) custom 8”x10” pastel portrait of the winner’s animal (dog, cat, or horse), created by Jasmine in soft pastel on archival paper. Approximate retail value: $600 CAD. The prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Reference photos of suitable quality must be provided by the winner.

6. Winner selection. One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries, weighted by number of entries earned, on July 13, 2026.

7. Skill-testing question. Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

8. Notification. The winner will be contacted via email or direct message within 5 days of the draw and must respond within 5 days. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be drawn. 

​

9. Shipping. The finished portrait will be shipped to the winner at no cost within Canada and the United Staes.

​
